Where it all began. The first fixie, steel framed Aphelion bicycle was created by our great grandfather.
Inspired by his passion, we have brought the original design into the modern age with our two signature finishes: The 1962 copper pearl and The 1962 sleek chrome finish. Both single speed bikes are modelled on the original colours and materials from his vintage single speed frames.
The same care and dedication go in to making our single speed bicycles today. Each is handmade to the finest detail. Even our bike lugs are custom made to improve frame stiffness and durability, then meticulously painted to create our signature look.
Our bicycles are built like a race bike with the ease of an urban commuter. The fixed gear ratio of 46t -16t is perfectly balanced to pick up speed without the stiffness to power it.
All our bicycles come with drop handle bars to allow for a variety of riding positions adding to your comfort.
It is quick. It is smooth. It is everything you need for a commute or weekend ride.
